GOAL.

  • Wake up at 7a.m.
  • Take 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar.
  • Exercise twice a day - Morning/Night.
  • Drink 6 cups of water per day.
  • Eat healthy meals.
  • Eat fruits/vegetables.
  • Body workout.
  • Sleep before 11p.m.
