GOAL.
Wake up at 7a.m.
Take 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar.
Exercise twice a day - Morning/Night.
Drink 6 cups of water per day.
Eat healthy meals.
Eat fruits/vegetables.
Body workout.
Sleep before 11p.m.
